- Immediate Coverage: Full refund or free replacement for items arriving chipped, broken, or defective.
- Reporting Window: You must report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Required Proof: Email or WhatsApp us clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
3. Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items
- Handmade Variations: Slight differences in glaze, color, or texture are unique features of handmade pottery and do not qualify as defects.
- Final Sale: Custom orders, bulk commercial orders, and clearance items cannot be returned.
- Used Items: Any tableware showing signs of use or washing will be rejected.
